Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026


At Bikini J, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns work, what qualifies, and how refunds are issued.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted for a refund.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags still attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, perfume, or other marks or odors.
  • Not a final sale, clearance, or otherwise marked as non-returnable item.

3. Hygiene Exception for Swimwear

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms (and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas) cannot be returned if the protective hygiene liner has been removed or if the item shows any sign of wear. We recommend trying swimwear on over your own underwear and without removing the hygiene liner until you are certain of fit. Swimwear tops and cover-ups may be eligible for return if they meet the condition requirements in Section 2.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at tonjaadkins@bikinij.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bikini J is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. We are unable to offer cash refunds, store credit, or refunds to an alternate payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at tonjaadkins@bikinij.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, and in these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Bikini J.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Swimwear bottoms or intimate-contact items with the hygiene liner removed or showing signs of wear.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from Bikini J.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe noted in Section 6, please first check your bank account or contact your card issuer, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at tonjaadkins@bikinij.com and we will look into it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Effective Date" above. The policy in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
